THE PROCESS

After filling out my inquiry form, I’ll get back to you with all the details! If, after we chat, you want to book (eeek!), I’ll send over a proposal with a contract + deposit invoice! You send in the contract and deposit and you’re officially part of the Sparrow + Lace family! I’ll send an email confirming that you’re booked and everything is good to go!

We will plan a date and toss around location ideas! If you don’t have anywhere specific in mind, I can gladly give you some suggestions based on the look + feel you’re envisioning.

If we haven’t already, we finally meet in person + you get to see firsthand what it’s like being photographed by us! This is the perfect opportunity to not only hang out and get to know each other even better, but also give you an idea of what exactly you can expect from us on the wedding day!
About 2-3 weeks later, your finished engagement session will be ready and a link will be sent to your inbox!

About 3 months before your wedding day, I’ll send you my online questionnaire. This gives me all the info I need to serve you as best as possible on the day of. I’ll also use the info from this questionnaire to finalize your day-of timeline + put together your family photo list!

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! We will arrive early to see the venue and scope out the space to find the perfect spots for photos! First up will be the detail shots + getting ready photos, and then we will follow the rest of the timeline for the day! We usually like to try to snap some behind the scenes throughout the day, so be sure to check our instagram (@sparrowandlace) to see some highlights!

Within a week, there will be a sneak peek gallery in you inbox with a handful of images from the day to hold you over until the rest are finished!

Within 4-6 weeks after your wedding day, your full, finished gallery will be ready! I’ll send a link to your inbox, and you can view the gallery, download all the photos straight to your computer, share with family and friends, and even order products straight from the gallery. (This is nice for family members—if there’s one specific photo they’d like, you don’t have to be responsible for getting it to them!)
A week or two later, you should receive a box of goodies on your doorstep, including a wooden USB with all of your edited photos!

If your package came with any products, now it’s time to start creating them! I will send out an email with detailed instructions on how to get started!
After everything is ordered + delivered, we wrap things up! But just because the wedding is over doesn’t mean we can’t stay in touch! We love seeing where your marriage takes you after the wedding day is over. (Spoiler alert—it’s usually pretty amazing.)
